This phalaenopsis orchid
flower also called as moth orchid, which this native to Asia and Northern
Austrialia. At the area of Asia, there could be found on Himalayan Mountain to
Philippine Island.
The scientific name of
phalaenopsis is believe derived from the genus ‘Phalaena’, which it is
containing a type of big moth. The alternative name of this orchid ‘moth orchid’
also because of some of the species have a similar appearance of large flying
moths.

thick and fleshy leaves, which it has the shape of elliptical. When the new
