This lotus has the scientific name as Nelumbium Nucifera var. Rosea and rose lotus as common name. The foliage has featured of large, round, parasol-like and waxy green with the size of 18 to 20 inches.

There are nut-like fruit after blomming which imbedded in the flat surface of turbinate.

This flower has an appearance rose pink colour of blossom which it has yellow colour at the centre of blossom with the diameter of 8 to 10 inches. Once it blomming, it open at the morning and close during night time each day. There are able to bloom 3 days.
