As the name of lily-flowered tulip, it looks resemble a lily. The flower looks like a six-pointed star from the viewing above. The lily shape blooms created by long, pointed petals, which the pointed petals are arch outward.

These kinds of tulips have a long and thin stems (around 16 to 24 inches), so it is susceptible to wind damage. It is suitable planted in sheltered area. Beside that, there are some varieties have petals that are feathered in contrasting colours.
