This type of dendrobium orchid flower is the second largest in the orchid family, these flower able to be found in Australia, South East Asia and Northern India.

Sometimes this dendrobium orchid also known as ‘Phalaenopsis type orchid’, but this does not mean that it is close family or the same appearance and characteristics. The most obvious of the different with this two (2) type of orchid the foliage, Phalaenopsis has evergreen leave whereas Dendrobium orchid will drop the leaves. Description

i.

Dendrobium Pierardii

It has light pink colour of blooms with the midly fragrant, there able to cane up to 10 feet long

ii.

Dendrobium Pendulum

It has white colour petal with the purple colour at the end of the petals. This is bicolour of dendrobium orchid

iii.

Dendrobium Gonzalesii

This is an easily growing orchid, it has pink colour of blossom. The foliage is long and thin, the combination of green foliage with pink bloom draw a beautiful orchid flower

iv.

Dendrobium Cuthbertsonii

This flowr has colour of red, white and pink, it has short and dark green foliage

v.

Dendrobium Crumenatum

This orchid has pure white petals, the fresh green foliage made the pure white petals a good appearance in contrast

vi.

Dendrobium Chrysopterum

This type of dendrobium has a different appearance with other species. It has a shape small trumpet blossom. It has yellow colour inward and orange colour at the outward of blossom.
